How do I place an order?
Browsing
our site, you will see each item has a link to 'more info'. Click on
the image to see a full description and size chart of each item. Choose
the colour and size you require, and add the item to your shopping
basket. You can always see what is in your shopping basket by clicking
"View your Basket" at the top of the shopping page, from here you can
change the quantity, or remove an item.
When you have finished
shopping click "checkout" - you will be asked for your personal
details, clicking on "confirm" will then pass you through to Paypal. Follow the on-screen payment directions. Once your order has been submitted we will send you an email confirming the order details.
How do I make a payment?
All card processing is done via Paypal and you do not need a Paypal account to order from us. We do not not store customers personal information or financial details on our
system. We accept all major debit and credit cards
as well as Paypal balances.
Where can you send orders?
We can deliver parcels anywhere in the UK, mainland only
How much is postage and packaging?
We charge a flat rate of £3 per order up to a value of £45, then the postage is free.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Some of our items are designed as giftsets and are giftwrapped - these are clearly identified in the item description.
We hope to soon offer a gift wrapping service for all our other items.
When will my order be sent?
Your
order will normally be despatched the following working day provided
the items are in stock. All items are posted Royal Mail and will take
between 3 - 7 working days. If an item has been damaged in the post,
please let us know as soon as possible, so that we investigate this
with Royal Mail.
How do you package the items?
We
are committed to minimising our impact on the planet. Therefore, all
our packaging is either made from recycled sources, or is reused
packaging that is sent to us.
Returns?
We are sure that you will be delighted with your order from lovecow.
However, if within 7 days of receiving your order you change your mind,
please send us an email to info@lovecow.co.uk to notify us. Once you
have received a reply to this, please return your order, in its
original condition, with all tags intact, and all packaging, and we
will exchange your order, or refund the purchase price. We regret we
are unable to refund any postage costs. Please ensure you obtain a free
proof of posting from the post office, as we cannot accept any
responsibility for items lost in the post.
Can I request my order be sent to a different address, ie: as a gift?
Yes, please enter the address the item is to be sent to in the 'Shipping Address'.
